RAM wird nicht erkannt !!!

So ich versuch einfach mal mein Problem zu Schildern. Ich hab seit neustem ein 64bit Betriebssystem installiert, weil ich meine 4GB RAM nutzen wollte. Nachdem ich das Betriebssystem installiert habe wunderte ich mich auf einmal, weil nur 2GB angezeigt werden ?!

Ich habe eben mein Computer aufgeschraubt und nachgeschaut ob auch beide RAM Bausteine richtig im Mainboard stecken, weil beide Bausteine richtig drinne steckten habe ich mal einen raus geholt und neu wieder eingesteckt. Aber nichts hat sich getan : (

Was mir aufgefallen ist, dass neben dem zweiten RAM -Baustein eine rote Lampe leuchtet doch ich weiß nicht was das zu bedeuten hat.

Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen : )

Hmm...viellleicht unterstützt das Mainboard keine 4gb ?

Schau mal Per PC Wizard oder mit sonstlichen ähnlichen Tools ob dort 2 Riegel drin stecken oder nur einer erkannt wird. Vielleicht ist einer der Ram Riegel kaputt oder deine "Einsteckbüche" (grad ka wie man das nennt) defekt also kontrollier erstmal deine Ram Riegel einzeln. Hoffe du weißt wie ich das meine :>

PS: Das Mainboard unterstützt aufjedenfall 4GB.

warscheinlich liege ich jetzt komplett falsch :D aber ich denke das du nur 2*1 gb hast ^^

das da nur jeweils 1 gb drinne ist und
auf dem riegel steht ja auch 2*1 gb

und denn hab ich diese nummer die auf dem riegel ist mal bei amazon eingetippt und da kam auch ein set bei raus was aus 2 riegeln bestand mit jeweils einem gb speicher ^^

Sieht so aus, als ob der Speicher zu einem Dual-Set gehört, das aus 2x1 GB besteht :)
Aber eigentlich sollten die Speicher auch einzeln laufen...
Es gibt immer wieder Mainboards wo bestimmte Speicher einfach nicht laufen...

Was passiert denn, wenn du den Speicher alleine aufs Mainboard setzt...also den anderen einfach mal weglassen ...
Kannst dir auch mal Aida32 downloaden, da kannst du auch genau nachschauen, welche Speicher du hast :)

Sind das beides die gleichen Speicher ? Oder der auf dem Foto und ein anderer Block (andere Marke etc)
