VNPT hoàn thành các mục tiêu sản xuất kinh doanh năm 2022

Với phương châm hành động của năm 2022 "Tư duy đúng - Hành động nhanh - Khai phá cơ tăng trưởng", Tập đoàn Bưu chính Viễn thông Việt Nam (VNPT) đã tập trung triển khai các giải pháp sản xuất kinh doanh với quyết tâm cao và hoàn thành các mục tiêu được Chính phủ, Ủy ban Quản lý vốn Nhà nước tại doanh nghiệp (UBQLV) giao, đóng góp cho xã hội, các tổ chức, doanh nghiệp nhiều giải pháp công nghệ xuất sắc, góp sức không nhỏ vào công cuộc chuyển đổi số nền kinh tế và chuyển đổi số quốc gia.

Năm 2022 tiếp tục là một năm đầy khó khăn, thách thức trên phạm vi toàn cầu với tình trạng lạm phát toàn cầu tăng cao, chính sách tiền tệ thắt chặt... dẫn đến suy giảm tăng trưởng kinh tế, đe dọa suy thoái kinh tế toàn cầu…

Tại Việt Nam, áp lực lạm phát tăng cao; giá xăng dầu, nguyên vật liệu biến động mạnh, ảnh hưởng lớn đến nhiều ngành, lĩnh vực; trong khi đó, dịch bệnh, thiên tai, bão lũ diễn biến phức tạp, gây nhiều thiệt hại cho sản xuất kinh doanh và đời sống của nhân dân. Dự kiến GDP năm 2022 tăng trưởng 8%, nhưng chỉ số giá tiêu dùng (CPI) cũng tăng cao 4%.

Với thị trường Viễn thông Việt Nam (https://vnpttelecom.net/), khó khăn dường như nhân đôi khi chi phí tăng nhưng giá bán sản phẩm dịch vụ lại giảm do áp lực cạnh tranh trên thị trường và xu hướng thoái trào của các dịch vụ viễn thông truyền thống. Cùng với đó, thị trường dịch vụ số/CNTT, mức độ cạnh tranh còn khốc liệt hơn với rất nhiều loại hình doanh nghiệp lớn/nhỏ, cũ/mới, doanh nghiệp nhà nước, doanh nghiệp tư nhân, doanh nghiệp nước ngoài tham gia thị trường.

Trước bối cảnh trong nước cũng như quốc tế có nhiều biến động khó lường, VNPT đã triển khai đổi mới toàn diện phương thức tổ chức sản xuất và kinh dịch vụ, đẩy mạnh phát triển và ứng dụng sáng tạo công nghệ, góp phần hoàn thành các mục tiêu kế hoạch đã đề ra.

Tập trung phát triển hạ tầng VT-CNTT và các sản phẩm dịch vụ mới

VNPT tập trung tối ưu danh mục sản phẩm dịch vụ với việc tăng cường kiểm tra giám sát quản lý vòng đời sản phẩm, phân loại sản phẩm cốt lõi/vệ tinh để tập trung nguồn lực. Đến cuối năm 2022, VNPT đã triển khai 10 dự án nghiên cứu tập trung vào các công nghệ mới như AI, Blockchain, Big Data, AR/VR… và 03 dự án với khối sản xuất công nghiệp về Mesh, ONT, XGSPON, thiết bị sử dụng AI. Trong chuyển đổi số quốc gia, VNPT tiếp tục ứng dụng rộng rãi các giải pháp chính quyền số trong công tác quản lý điều hành của các cấp chính quyền. Trong chuyển đổi số cho doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ (oneSME), chỉ sau 1 năm phát triển, oneSME đã ghi nhận sự phát triển mạnh mẽ, đạt trên 40.000 tổ chức/ doanh nghiệp sử dụng nền tảng này.

Trong năm 2022, VNPT cũng tập trung mở rộng, nâng cấp và phát triển hạ tầng mạng lưới Viễn thông, trong đó, việc thử nghiệm thương mại mạng 5G đã diễn ra tại 10 tỉnh/thành phố (tăng 05 tỉnh so với năm 2021). Với những nỗ lực đó, kết quả đạt được khá khả quan như Lưu lượng Internet quốc tế tăng 20%; Năng lực hạ tầng cung cấp dịch vụ trung tâm dữ liệu tăng 15%; Hạ tầng tính toán phục vụ cung cấp dịch vụ CNTT tăng 24% và Hạ tầng điện toán đám mây tăng hơn 5 lần so với năm 2021.

Trong điều kiện thị trường khó khăn, song một số dịch vụ của VNPT vẫn đạt mức tăng trưởng tốt như: Hạ tầng số (tăng 57%), Giáo dục số (tăng 74%), Quản trị doanh nghiệp (tăng 68%). Doanh thu dịch vụ băng rộng duy trì mức tăng trưởng 6% trong năm 2022, giữ vững thị phần tại vị trí số 1. Doanh thu dịch vụ truyền hình có tốc độ tăng trưởng doanh thu đạt trên 20% duy trì liên tục trong 3 năm 2020 – 2022, chiếm vị trí số 1 về thị phần.

Có thể thấy, VNPT đã khẳng định được vai trò chủ lực trong chuyển đổi số với Hệ thống Trung tâm điều hành thông minh (IOC) được cung cấp tại gần 40 Tỉnh thành, bao gồm hơn 35 IOC cấp tỉnh và 40 IOC cấp huyện; hệ thống một cửa điện tử sử dụng tại 36 tỉnh/tp, 850 đơn vị cấp huyện; hệ thống quản lý văn bản điều hành sử dụng tại gần 6.500 đơn vị trên toàn quốc; hệ thống báo cáo điều hành triển khai cho gần 50 Bộ, Ngành, địa phương.
Không chỉ đóng góp cho xã hội các giải pháp công nghệ hiện đại, hàng năm VNPT còn tập trung vào công tác an sinh xã hội. Cụ thể, VNPT đã hỗ trợ xây 70 căn nhà cho hộ nghèo trên khắp cả nước; góp kinh phí xây trường nội trú trên địa bàn tỉnh Hòa Bình; ủng hộ Quỹ Vì người nghèo Trung ương theo phát động của Thủ tướng Chính phủ. Tổng giá trị VNPT ủng hộ các hoạt động an sinh xã hội năm 2022 là 7,6 tỷ đồng.

Với những giải pháp đồng bộ cùng với nỗ lực và quyết tâm cao của cả hệ thống, năm 2022, mặc dù dịch bệnh đã tác động rất lớn tới hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh, nhưng VNPT cơ bản hoàn thành các chỉ tiêu do UBQLVNN giao, đảm bảo thu nhập ổn định ở mức khá cho CBCVN và người lao động, cơ bản đảm bảo an toàn cho CBCNV khi không xuất hiện ổ dịch lớn; Có đóng góp đáng kể vào công tác phòng chống dịch bệnh của Chính phủ.
