Nein, du solltest dir einen Root is Russland suchen, wenn du sowas aufziehen willst ;)
aber man macht sich schon strafbar wenn man in deutschand wohnt und sowas auf nem server in russland oda so macht ^^

definier es als sicherheits website die dich über gefahren aufklärt und dir zeigt wie die bösen programme funktionieren, damit du dich dagegen wehren kannst, und schon ist es legal und du bist ein held, obwohl du genau das selbe machst;-)
bei den AGB irgendwas mit: "Die tools sind nur zu testzwecken an eigenen PCs zu gebrauchen" oder so.
