Scheibenwischermotor + ATX Netzteil
Hi
Hatte grad mal mit nem kleinen Bastelprojekt begonnen.
Hab nen alten Scheibenwischermotor den ich gern mit Hilfe von nem normalen ATX Netzteil antreiben würde.
Allerdings bin ich mir bei der Verkabelung des Motors nicht ganz sicher.

Liege ich richtig mit der Annahme dass 1 und 2, Plus und Minuspol sind?
Falls ja, dürfte dass für mich nicht allzu entscheidend sein weil dadurch nur die Drehrichtung beeinflusst wird oder?
Viel wichtiger: Wofür ist das Kabel dass von 1 zu 3 geht?

1 und 2 müssten +- sein, 3 eine Art Remotekabel um dem Motor zu sagen es geht los ;) mess es doch einfach mal durch?!

du hast nur masse und plus, masse geht an die karosse des autos und plus nur zu jedem gerät was strom braucht.

punkt 3 wird plus/+ sein
und punkt 2 ist dann masse/-
halt einfach so dran wie ich es beschrieben habe und es wird sicher klappen :)

Der Scheibenwischermotor bekommt seine Masse durch die im Bild oben bezeichnete Zahl (1 oder 2).
Noch eine Frage, was willst den mit dem Scheibenwischermotor Basteln?
Ob des ATX Netzteil genug Strom liefert, damit sich der Motor dreht? Mhh.

Sollte eigentlich, hab über die Netzteilkabel die Möglichkeit 12 V zu geben.
Ich hab noch keine konkreten Vorstellungen was ich damit anfangen will ... hatte nur die beiden Teile noch rumliegen.
Da aber immo alles in meiner Garage is und die nen bissel weiter weg ist konnt ichs leider grad noch nich testen. Danke schon mal für die Antworten, ich berichte euch dann ob und wie es funktioniert hat. :)

Leider gerade nicht machbar ;)
edit und der fahrzeugschein dürfte auch nicht viel bringen weil der scheibenwischermotor nichts mit meinem auto zu tun hat :D

Strom != Spannung !!
Strom => I [A]
Spannung => U [V] (in deinem fall die 12V)

Du musst auch mal schauen, ob der Wischermotor über PWM angesteuert wird, oder eine Gleichspannung reicht, um ihn zum Laufen zu bringen. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass du PWM-Controller brauchst. Allerdings hab ich noch nie irgendwas mit Scheibenwischermotoren gebastelt ;-)

@Shini mag sein dass ich kein Elektriker bin aber ganz Ahnungslos nun auch nicht :) ...
Die Stromaufnahme des Motors ist stark abhängig von der Last die er zu überwinden hat,
da wie gesagt bei mir noch nichts drann hängt dürfte der Wert noch (weit) unter dem liegen was mir zur Verfügung steht.
Hab mir fast gedacht dass jemand sowas schreibt, aber die Spannung erschien mir wichtiger. ^^
Wenn ich morgen hin komme poste ich auch nen paar genaue Werte. Aber geschätzt würd ich behaupten der Motor kann um die 6A ab ... das Netzteil wird irgendwas in der Gegend liefern. :P

Gleichspannung reicht. ^^ Und die Drehzahl muss auch erstmal nich genau einstellbar sein.

Jo, 1 und 2 entsprechen + und -, bei 3 tippe ich auf die Geschwindigkeitsumschaltung.
Unter Last verbraucht ein Scheibenwischermotor gerne zwischen 80 und 100 Watt. Als Richtwert kannst du also in etwa 8A nehmen. Ein ATX-Netzteil sollte somit ausreichen. Und so etwas steuert man auch nicht mit Linearreglern, da diese sich ohne Ende aufheizen. Ansteuerung über eine Pulsweitenmodulation ist hier sehr sinnvoll (wie H4x.... schon geschrieben hat)
Zur vorherigen Diskussion: Die Drehzahl bei Gleichstromnebenschlussmotoren ist meist Spannungsabhängig. Der Strom hängt dann näherungsweise vom abgenommenen Drehmoment ab (und bei älternen Scheibenwischermotoren dürfte der Stator aus Festmagneten bestehen!). Zum Ansteuern würde ich persönlich mal nach "Drehzahlsteller für Gleichstrommotoren" oder so Googeln.

Kleiner tipp meinerseits: wenn du eibn ATX-NEtzteil auf 12V stark belstet empfiehlt es sich auf 3,3 V und 5 V jeweils ordentlich saft zu ziehen, zb mit ner Autolampe oder paar Heizwiederständen...
Ich benutz die Teile immer als Labornetzteile und mit 400 Watt oder so kriegen die deinen Motor sicher zu laufen. ;)
Hab hier eins das macht auf 12V 216 Watt (18 Ampere!).
Mit scheibenwischermotoren kenne ich mich nicht aus, aber ich enke die arbeiten ähnlich wie ein Servo...
Vllt schnappst du dir ja nen Arduino und einen P36NF06 Mosfet (Belastbar bei 12V bis 30A glaub ich...) und kannst ihn über PWM (Abgreifen an einem PWM-Pin, programmierbar mit "analogOut(0-255);" ) ansteuern um die Geschwindigkeit zu steuern.
