This is a realy easy way to steal a template from a website, it barley requires any knowledge of hacking.

First what you'll need is Web Snake download and install it.
Second pick a website, I chose http://www.maddox-energy.com/ although I stole their template by bruteforcing into their FTP, this way will work too.
Also you will need Dreamweaver download it at http://www.downloadmacromedia.tk

Heres what I did:
1. Go to http://www.maddox-energy.com, and right click>view source and copy all the HTML code, then paste it in Dreamweaver

2. Go back to http://www.maddox-energy.com and click enter, steal the HTML code of that page too, then paste into Dreamweaver

3. Go to http://www.maddox-energy.com/thnx.html and steal the HTML code for that page, then paste it in Dreamweaver
See how when you view the page in dreamweaver it dosent show the pictures?, thats cuz you dont have the pictures saved in your pc yet, so make a folder named "Site" in it make a folder named images, thats were you will store the images

4. Open WebSnake, Add a new project (click Add icon), chose "Sanke a copy of a website for offline browsing" click next, put starting url adress "http://www.maddox-energy.com/" name it w/e you want, click next till your done

5. Once its finished, browse at what WebSnake has downloaded for you, you know have to manualy download all those pictures listed into the 'images' folder.

6. Once done go in Dreamweaver and change the path of the pictures to where you saved them to wich was 'images' folder.

7. Once you do all that, you can start editing the website, like adding your own words etc..

Problems you may encounter:
Cant View Source: Make sure you are not clicking on a picture, click on the background.

I cant "Save Picture As" a swf file, it wont let me: Copy the URL, then go to any forum, in the spam room make a topic, paste the url in, then post topic, view it, and right click on the link > "save target as", that should work.

Inzwischen kann man in alles Browsern das hier machen:

Datei -> Speichern -> Komplette Website speichern

ich nehme wget unter ubuntu und sonnst webcopierer pro unter xp und da geht das alles automatisch einfach url eingeben und der rest geht automatisch...

und son template download ist naja läd nur die html wenn man einige includes drin hat und es alles php ist wird scheiße

page speichern, und dann guck doch mal in den ordner - da haste dann die stylesheets die du suchst.
