Infiziert? sactor.dll

Hallo,
heute kam ich von meinem AV die Meldung, dass C:\Users\LOLZ\AppData\Local\sactor.dll infiziert ist. Ist euch da ein Virus/Trojaner bekannt oder könnt ihr mir sagen, welche Datein vllt auch infiziert sind oder diese Datei erstellt haben?
