Remote MSN Robot enables you to control and access your PC remotely by using Microsoft Live Messenger. You simply start the client application on your local computer, and then select the users from your buddy list that you want to allow access to your PC. You can then start a regular IM session from your remote computer and send simple text commands that allow you to control the other PC. The commands include options to send, execute and delete files, view a screen capture of the remote desktop, receive a list of running processes, reboot the PC and more. The program even includes an FTP server that can be launched remotely and allows full access to the file system via your web browser. Note: You should be very careful when granting access to a user - the user will have full control of your PC! We strongly recommend to create a secondary Messenger account and only grant access to yourself via that account.

Pros: Access your PC from any MSN client (PC or mobile device); supports file transfers and FTP access

Cons: Needs access rights management; high security risk if access is granted to users, other than yourself; poorly documented.
