Wollt schon sagen mit ner Manifest gehts doch viel schneller öO.

Auch wenn der Thread veraltet ist, sag ich noch was dazu.
Bei ner manifest Datei gibt es verschiedene Darstellungsprobleme bei Steuerelementen. Davon kann man einige mit Tricks umgehen, aber nicht alle.
Außerdem bieten die CoolXP Controls um einiges mehr an Eigenschaften etc. als die Standard controls.

Für Projekte die man klein halten will, ist ne manifest natürlich besser geeignet.
