Its just a little update to MW3

To install: extract in documents\Rainmeter\Skins.

A launcher based on the menu screen in for Modern Warfare 2.
Fonts used are Bank Gothic Medium and Tahoma, so if you don't have either of those you should find a substitute.

Some setup will be required. Includes 6 shortcuts, you can make more if you know how. Change the shortcuts in DefaultVariables.inc
